J.O.E. and the Colonel

U.S. Government scientists fashion a human-like creature named J.O.E. designed to kill on orders, but which fails to obey the command. In order to prevent J.O.E.'s destruction, Michael Roarke, one of the scientists who created J.O.E., flees with him and programs him with human potentials.
