Mona Fastvold

The actress, screenwriter and director Mona Fastvold debuted behind the camera with the feature film The Sleepwalker (2014), which competed at Sundance Festival. As a screenwriter she has co-written the scripts of The Childhood of a Leader (Brady Corbet, 2015), Vox Lux (Brady Corbet, 2018) and The Mustang (Laure de Clermont-Tonnerre, 2019). As an actress she has appeared in films including Capo Nord (Carlo Luglio, 2003), Love and Other Impossible Pursuits (Don Roos, 2009) and Vox Lux. The World to Come, her second feature film as a director, competed at the Venice Festival.
