Director and screenwriter, born in 1980 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2004 he graduated from the International School of Film and Television of San Antonio de los Baños in Cuba. In 2008 he made his debut with the short documentary "A Day at the Market". He is the co-founder of El Balcón Producciones production company. In 2014 he founded the first international documentary film festival in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean – RDOC. "The Watchman" (2017) is his directorial feature debut.
