Mina Mileva

Bulgarian animation director and producer. She studied theatre and stage design in Plovdiv and specialized in theatre studies in Dresden. She then graduated in animation film directing from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia. She worked in London for many years on numerous projects, including for MiraMax. After the success of the documentary "Because of Her", back in her native Bulgaria she founded the Activist38 production company with Vesela Kazakova in 2008. They now make documentaries together.
