Bob Buck

Bob Buck has been working in the New Zealand film and television industry for the past 25 years.

Buck has worked on local and international projects of various scale and genre. These range from the U.S. independent post-apocalyptic drama Z for Zachariah to Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, which was nominated for Best Fantasy Costume at the Costume Designers Guild Awards.

Buck received Best Costume Design nominations at the New Zealand Film and Television Awards for independent films Tracker and the docudrama Rain of the Children in which he was a co-designer.
