Francisca Alegría

She did her undergraduate studies in audiovisual directing at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. In her fourth year, she went abroad to UCSB (California) where she took screenwriting and film theory classes. Back in Chile, she wrote and directed her undergraduate thesis "On the Table", which got into international film festivals. In 2016, she graduated with her thesis film "And the Whole Sky Fit in the Dead Cow's Eye".
