Biografia
César García studied Art History and Music in Morelos. Carlos has made at least 15 fiction and documentary short films that have screened at many national and international film festivals, and appeared on television. His two documentaries have represented Mexico in different festivals. He’s part of the Colectivo Movimiento©, a program that promotes Mexican independent short films. He’s given many conferences and has been nominated for the Premio Nacional de la Juventud. He’s currently the Coordinator for the Festival de la Memoria, Documental Latinoamericano in Tepoztlán, Morelos.
