So it's clear that I have a new addiction. And his name is Sunny Suwanmethanon. His acting skills are enough reason for me to watch any movie. Whether it's a totally perverted comedy or maybe a horror movie, I'm in it with Sunny all the way. But I didn't like this movie just because of him. His partner was fine too. The story was predictable but still grabbed my heart and I had fun. Okay, some of the jokes were slightly over the top, but they certainly didn't ruin my overall impression of the movie. So yeah, I'll happily watch this one again... and again.

I'm a complete beginner when it comes to Thai movies. But I'm going to remedy that soon, because this piece showed me that Thais have likeable and funny actors too, and that they know how to make a proper blockbuster. Yeah, this movie is pretty big right now, at least in Thailand. And no wonder: it's funny and touching at the same time. The only part that I think is a bit far-fetched is the romance. But I attribute that a bit to the fact that I see "these things" differently than Asians do. I recommend it to anyone who has siblings or friends they argue with about trivia. PS: Is it even possible not to cry at the ending?

There are far fewer scenes that make you laugh compared to the previous two films, leaving you a terrible script with a horribly stale plot and a denouement that is impossible to take seriously. I wouldn't have minded if it had at least worked as a comedy. It's just that good old Mr. Bean is gone and the humor here is anything but natural. Never again. Please, never again. Boring, 2 stars.

For the first time in a while, an American series that doesn't feel like a waste of time. And strangely enough, it’s once again Netflix coming up with it. The characters and dialogue are definitely interesting and it's a good watch. I see a little bit of Sheldon in Sam at times and Dexter’s sister in his sister. That's not to say they copy them, both characters are original and I believe I'll find a closer relationship with them in future seasons. //// After watching the second season I'm raising the rating to full.

You know exactly how it's going to turn out and you can even guess where it’s all going. And that's exactly how it happens. And yet you're not disappointed or bored. And that's actually the nice thing about it. I like it when a movie lives up to my expectations, doesn't let me down, has what I want to happen, and ends the way I want it to end. It's a good feeling. And I don't get the sense from this film that it was intended to be anything more. Just a good movie like we know it. 3 stars.

I can't get it out of my head, I just can't. Lady Gaga's smile and movements and Bradley's lovestruck and drunken look. That moment when they stand on stage together or sit at the piano and let the music and love completely take over. The way they sing and harmonize together, and it has incredible power. if I can manage it, I don't cry when I’m in a movie theater. Here I couldn't manage it. Biggest surprise of the year so far.

I'm pretty easy. Once I get excited, I just get excited. And also uncritical, because why spoil my joy? After all, this was beautiful. The movie totally managed to take me back to my teenage years, and for that alone it deserves a full score from me. And I'll be sure to watch it again soon.

Unlike most, I was entertained by the film from the start. I just felt like it had two different faces. One normal one and another that didn't appeal to me at all and seemed slightly deranged. By that I mean, for example, the strange ritual somewhere in the middle of the film and the other "artistic" elements and scenes that, in my opinion, they didn't pull off all that well. Anyway, the final denouement literally shocked me and bumped the film up a level, at least for me. 4 stars.

Review of season 3, Fishing Village: With Three Meals a Day I can completely and utterly switch off. When I'm so tired that I'm not in the mood for either a movie or a series, I reach for this one, and let myself get swept away by the soothing atmosphere of the village setting, enjoying the banter and innuendo between my favorites and snatching up the recipes I'll be trying at home in the days to come. I really love the time I get to spend with this show. 5 stars.

I'm so confused by the constant criticism of Czech cinema I hear around me that I've lost the ability to judge what is and isn't a good film. If I don't play the expert and judge purely on the basis of my feelings about the film, I'll come out saying that I was entertained, rolled my eyes a few times, had a few good laughs, and overall actually liked the film. On the other hand, I think it's a shame when someone has already sunk their teeth into the subject of women's status in society that they didn't go a little further and give it some other value. But I don't think the film had that ambition from the beginning. So we have to make do with a slightly spasmodic denouement and an ending that probably won't catch anyone unawares. Still, it’s a good flick, and Anička Polívková gave a very respectable performance. 3 stars.
