It doesn't pay off to cross from Mexico to the United States because sometimes there are guys there who like to hunt pests. We follow the fate of several Mexicans against a single American with a rifle. Who will win? A simple plot, yet it's filmed well enough that you're never bored and you're just waiting to see who falls last.

All Through the House isn't any great art, and it's not even particularly scary, but if you enjoy good masks, then you'll definitely get what you expect here. The movie is quite brutal at times, perhaps even a bit funny, but there are certainly gore ideas here that can stick in your memory. In this respect, All Through the House is quite imaginative and I think it deserves at least an average rating.

If nothing else, there is one beautiful thing about this film: How a nation that considers itself the strongest can be quite easily fanaticized. How they swallow opinions that aren't really opinions, but just empty words. And then there's one person who thinks a bit and can also turn others into fanatics. Actually, Michael Moore was kind of freaking me out here.

Ah, the Japanese again. After a long time, they managed to fully captivate me with this six-year-old film, which beautifully shows what violence in human life is like and what its consequences can be if we are truly willing to practice it. All of this is presented in a psychologically dark vision of one teacher and children.

Perhaps when I'm older, I'll appreciate this movie more, but for now, I haven't quite managed to do so, although it must be said that I was pleasantly surprised by how high-quality a film can be made truly anywhere in Europe. It just takes money and the desire to go for it. A conversational comedy that isn't as funny as you might expect, but has a clever screenplay.

Although it tries to present itself as an emancipated film, in reality, it's just a classic romance that doesn't bring much else to the table. A guy and a woman fall in love, they have their problems, but it still ends up the way you expect. For these two hours that you have to spend watching the movie, it's definitely not worth it, and it's better to dedicate them to something else.

Michael Moore once again successfully got me with how brilliantly he marvels at some facts that seem absolutely normal to us. Or at least they are quite normal in other countries. We can also look at what they have as standard somewhere else. It's nice how Moore doesn't criticize directly, but still, his criticism is more than evident.

In the end, it's quite an ordinary drama about two losers falling in love with each other, but it's still spiced up by the political situation and the region itself, which elevates the film a bit, although it doesn't seem to be a significantly intense movie, which is a shame.

Charlotte Gainsbourg is a great actress, but I've said before that I don't like historical films. It was very evident in this case as well. It was incredibly lengthy, and incredibly uninteresting unless she was on set, and there was absolutely nothing else of interest. Shallow in plot with an attempt to convey something, but an effort that misses the mark.

If the creators restrained themselves a bit in terms of the final runtime and instead tried to add more action and even crazier scenes, it would be great, much more entertaining, and with better momentum. It's a bit of a drag in places, but it still serves its function. An enjoyable modern retro film in the style of Mission: Impossible.
