Zdenka, samotna kobieta z Czech, prowadziła wirtualne gospodarstwo rolne. Jej sąsiadem w tej popularnej grze online był Tabish, informatyk mieszkający w Pakistanie. Sąsiedzi nawiązali kontakt, który z czasem przerodził się w coś więcej. Kiedy w końcu Zdenka i Tabish spotkali się, wiedzieli, że są dla siebie stworzeni. Dziś są pięć lat po ślubie, ale wciąż nie mogą być fizycznie razem. Czeskie władze odrzucają kolejne wnioski Tabisha o wizę wjazdową do Czech. Odmowę motywują troską o swoją obywatelkę. To niemożliwe, żeby młodszy od swojej żony mężczyzna, nie przejmował tym, że jest przykuta do wózka inwalidzkiego i naprawdę ją kochał. Władze są przekonane, że Zdenka zostanie wykorzystana przez chcącego wjechać do UE Pakistańczyka. Inspirująca historia kochającego się małżeństwa, które nie poddaje się dyskryminacji, paternalizmowi i rasizmowi czeskiej biurokracji. Czy w tych cynicznych czasach miłość może zwyciężyć? Shortly after the premiere of the documentary The Law of Love comes another story about a marriage with impediments. I suppose it says something in that the institution of marriage is constantly changing and just as the view of the world and the people in it is changing, it is clear that different couples want to enter into marriage than in the past. The stories of contemporary couples are somewhat more varied than the classic demographic nonsense of the pre-revolutionary era, when we had the youngest brides in the Czech Republic after Turkey. Gone is the model of rushing to a marital loan.

A Czech-Pakistani directorial collaboration has produced a truly beautiful documentary about the hardships and blessings of a very unusual marriage. The documentary tells the story of two people from completely different cultures who meet through the internet and their mutual affection gradually grows into true love. Zdenka, a Czech wheelchair user, and Tabiš, a Pakistani, completely blew me away because they managed to overcome all the obstacles and pitfalls with insight and humor. I really liked Tabiš in particular, whose optimism for life and ability to rejoice in everyday little things was simply irresistible. (80%)
