The Blind Man Who Did Not Want to See Titanic reliably evokes emotions in the viewer, because a subject in which bad things happen to a severely disabled person probably cannot be treated without emotional impact. In that respect, the film is a bit of a tear-jerker, which makes me not entirely like it. But for the first, entertaining and better than expected half, I'll give it a fourth star. (56th KVIFF)
