After making a plea on TV to end world hunger, Professor Tournesol receives a package of blue oranges -said to be able to grow on the desert- from his old colleage, professor Zalamea from Spain. Tintin, Captain Haddock and Tournesol decide to visit Zalamea to learn more, but soon after they arrive, the professors are kidnapped and Tintin has to find out what happened to them. (Kino Lorber)
