I have to admit that I liked the movie mainly because both stars are in quite good shape here and they delivered what you expected from them. Lee as the dark count, whom he could have played at any time, would have been great as Dracula even in later years. Cushing as Van Helsing, on the other hand, has charisma and you believe that he will ultimately take that final step and once again rid the world of the bloodthirsty count.
