Czerpie radość z tego, co przyniesie jej kolejny dzień. Ciągle widzi przed sobą nowe możliwości – nowa praca, nowe mieszkanie w kolejnym mieście. Jeśli coś jej nie odpowiada, korzysta z kolejnej szansy. Kiedy więc los sprawia, że Reuben i Polly znajdą się na tym samym przyjęciu, porzucony (w ekstremalny sposób) Reuben decyduje się skorzystać z okazji. Randa z Polly może pomóc mu przywrócić ład w jego życiu – jest atrakcyjna, świeża i zabawna – a przede wszystkim znają się ze szkoły, kiedy to oboje byli dziecięcymi delegatami ONZ. One of the few comedies with Ben Stiller that I really enjoy if I watch it once in a while. You forget about the predictable plot and a few toilet jokes when you get a fit of laughter from the unforgettable performance of Philip Seymour Hoffman. Jennifer Aniston with her adorably disoriented ferret and several cameo roles by big-name actors are also a delight. (70%)

Incredibly predictable comedy, where essentially from the beginning you know how the individual relationships will develop. That wouldn't be such a problem, because the formula is almost expected, but the fact that it has only two or three funny moments is quite small for a comedy with Stiller. On the other hand, Jennifer Aniston is quite interesting here.
