Kto věrňotsja, doljubit

1941. The young soldier and poet Volodia gets under fire from the fascist plane when he tries to rescue his wounded commander from the battlefield. The commander dies and the young soldier is wounded. A long path of trials and new encounters with the world and the people lies ahead of him before he gets back to his partisan detachment and dies in another combat.
