Los Tarantos

This Gipsy version of the Romeo and Juliet story is in the first place an example of merging national folklore with epa?olada. The drama of two feuding clans - the Zorongas and the Tarantos - is told by means of dance performances. It is a Spanish reaction to the West Side Story with Antonio Gades in his first role.
