Gyurkovics Géza, a retired general and his wife are waiting for the grandchildren. Meeting them reminds them of their past: Five boys had started out for different careers. Géza, a voluntary soldier in the country courts the general's daughter, Jutka. Milán works at the ministry in Budapest and spends his money in the cabaret. His brothers live in a rented apartment in Pest. At the price of their clothes Milán goes to Herkulesfürdő after his sweetheart, Klári. Here, almost all characters meet, love and jealousy complicating their relationships. Finally everyone finds his or her pair and Géza goes to Abbázia with Jutka. (oficjalny tekst dystrybutora)
