This idea of the world itself is quite good - America is a radioactive wasteland, a young man communicates telepathically with his dog, there is a lack of women and an attempt to claim one for oneself. In addition, there are some other strange characters. Unfortunately, it is not weird enough, action-packed enough, funny enough, or dramatic enough to be rated any better.
