Art student Ben Willis develops insomnia after going through a painful break-up. To kill time he joins a colorful cast of characters on the late shift at the local supermarket. They all have their own time-killing devices and Ben s allows him to see the beauty of the everyday world including the people inside it especially Sharon the quiet checkout girl who just may hold the answer to resolving Ben s insomnia. An enjoyable British comedy with offbeat actors, time stopping and the most naked women I've ever seen in a film, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The icing on the cake is the naked Swedish woman on the stairs, or the little girl showing her pussy to the boys for a pound, that's what I call business! :D 75%

A romantic movie with fairly unusual storytelling. It isn’t very often that you get to hear philosophizing about life and the real meaning of love. Plus, Sean Biggerstaff’s acting is amazing and sucks you into a story where time stands still.
