Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi is the story of three characters whose lives intertwine across a decade. It is a love story against a backdrop of a politically decaying India from the late sixties to the late seventies often described as Indira Gandhi years. Set against a backdrop of immense political turmoil in the country, Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, is the story of Siddharth Tyabji, Geeta Rao and Vikram Malhotra.In 1975 the state of emergency is declared in the country.
