angielski Unfortunately, the promising drama turned out to be exactly the kind of film I don't like. It pretends to have deep meaning, but it has nothing to offer and only stretches the running time to an unbearable length with drawn-out shots accompanied by melancholic songs. The main problem is undoubtedly the flawed screenplay, especially regarding the characters. Most of the characters just stare into space and live without any clearly expressed background, which may not always be detrimental, but here it renders their constant bouts of depression and hopelessness meaningless, even though there is nothing essential missing from their lives. Emotional outbursts full of tears come at the wrong moments, and the path to capturing the viewer's attention and heart is definitively blocked. Yet, it would have taken very little. Removing the pseudo-psychological scenes or giving the characters vitality through occasional internal monologues would have sufficed. ()
