I praised the last episode quite a bit because I quietly hoped it would bring improvement to the final season, but I was mistaken. This episode showed that Dexter, whom I used to enjoy watching, is likely on its last legs. The cold cynic with a unique dry sense of humor has replaced the sensitive guy with a sense of family values, and it just isn't the same anymore.
