If we ignore the superfluousness of this compilation that nobody really needs, we see that it is a successful cross-section of the best scenes and sketches to come out of Monty Python. The idea of releasing something like this is a big “Boo!". However, this takes nothing away from the genius of this humor that oozes with wit, absurdity and originality.

Definitely the best episode of the Python DVD selections. Everyone will not only remember Graham Chapman fondly, learn quite a lot about his life and death, and see sketches that are among MP's best.... It's a nice, dignified monument. And it doesn't bother me at all that Chapman had a few of them before this one.
