angielski I have no idea if Jakub Hussar will become a great filmmaker who will shoot famous films, and honestly, I have some doubts about it in the small, musty Czech environment. However, Toxymoron impressed me, and not just because it is part of the sci-fi genre. The atmosphere of gloomy dystopia, interestingly captured shots, a script that only suggests and lets the human imagination work, and the absence of spoken words that increase tension, all lead me to believe that he is a talented filmmaker who hopefully won't just keep making short student films. Of course, it's just a school project that can be criticized for numerous shortcomings from the perspective of "big" cinema, but considering the possibilities, it is a highly above-average work. If he improves the script and increases the budget, it could result in a successful feature film. The idea is definitely significant, although not original... Overall impression: 70%. ()
