angielski The first two episodes are the pinnacle of travel documentaries. Chaun as an astonished tourist gives a portrait of India as a charming country with friendly atmosphere, culture, enchanting mysticism, as well as its flip side, with the poor hygiene and the scheming "begging commandos". His engaging narrative is very nice to listen to, and there is also a humorous insight, which is also added by his traveling partner Petr Čtvrtníček. There is no doubt that Chaun is a very smart bloke and many of his observations were very apt. Episode 3 focuses more on his inner feelings as a man seeking balance, and he succumbs in the immediate vicinity of the "navel" of the Buddhist world, the sacred tree, and to his detriment (my subjective opinion) "melts like butter". But all in all an excellent achievement. PS: I don't believe Gere on the "depth" of his faith. ()
