Six troubled high school students and their chaperone are returning from a retreat when their bus crashes, stranding them in the middle of trailer park hell - literally. American horror movie Trailer Park of Terror is just the kind of lightweight horror movie that uses something sinister to scare you. It is an easy-to-watch, average, inoffensive movie but is hardly thrilling. However, the revelations about the characters at the trailer park are pretty good, although you have to wade through some uninteresting parts to get to that point.

A proper B-movie. This gang of brutally verbose undead rednecks is something you’ve never seen, I can guarantee you that. It’s a shame that you have to wait quite some time for the action to begin, but when it does begin it’s really good. Of all this year’s attempts at 80s-like movies (Zombie Strippers, Return to Sleepaway Camp, Gutterballs), this one is by far the best and most entertaining. Regardless, I predict very mixed reviews. If you hate the idea of a rotting zombie yokel playing rock hits on a guitar, don’t even try to watch this film. "Die! Die! Everybody's gonna die! Cry for the camera! Don't be shy!"
