Set in lower Manhattan, Purple Violets is a sparkling romantic comedy about four friends from college ready for change. Patti Peterson (Selma Blair - Legally Blonde) is a promising writer but work and marriage keep her from her dream. Her yearning to write is complicated after running into first love Brian Cahill (Patrick Wilson - Little Children), a successful crime novelist.
