The film "Fear in the Night" suffers a bit from its slow pace and the fact that the plot is not actually as surprising as it may seem, but despite the slow tempo, the atmosphere is excellently built, mainly based on great acting performances. I can't help it, but the Hammer studio simply knew how to make these thrillers, and I think they are unfairly overlooked compared to other horror productions of this legendary British studio.
