LAPD officer Joe has a passion for arresting women, handcuffing them and killing them. He's a serial police killer getting away with murder, since his buddies at precinct 707 always cover for him. His killing rampage might have gone on forever, had it not been for 17-year-old Romy, who heard about women disappearing in her neighborhood and asks several Voodoo Priestesses to protect her from Evil. Zombie Nation wants to return to zombies originating from voodoo, but this return is silly, and if it weren't for a few shots of nipples, there's nothing here to grab your attention. It's strange, it’s not a good watch, and even though it tries to build some atmosphere, it doesn’t succeed. All the elements lead you to turn the film off before you finish it. Or, if you are lucky, you don't even turn it on.
