When the top players of the Green Street Elite end up in jail following a deadly encounter with their archrivals, Millwall, every day becomes a fight for survival. No great cast, a few characters from the first film ("Hooligans"), and on top of that, a prison environment where morality is quite poor. The characters are uninteresting, sometimes even unpleasant, and at times it's all for the sake of creating an effect to highlight the violence happening there. However, it doesn't excel in any way, the scenes are not at all surprising. In the end, it's just prison boredom, with nothing in common with "Hooligans".
