angielski I was quite entertained until about the 28th episode, but after that it got boring fast and I put it down for a very long time. But it kept worming away at me, so I figured I might as well finish it. And I did. But it didn't start to entertain me again until about the 50th episode; this time I enjoyed it for about 15 episodes, then it went away again, but I finished it anyway. So why didn't I enjoy it? There’s got to be something wrong with an anime where more than half of the plot is fighting, and yet it's the fights that I'm totally not enjoying: they all seemed to me to be the same, they all had the same shouting. I just didn't care much for their blabbering scenes either. Halfway through the series Allen undergoes a "training session" and, God, it's so infuriatingly long! So it’s starting to seem like I didn’t enjoy any of the series, so why did I finish it? It's because I liked Kanda, Lavi, and Allen (who has some really drool-worthy scenes during the series, ladies, so keep an eye out for him! Just please don't pair him with anyone of the same sex! ;-))) and I also enjoyed watching General Cross. I even watched some of Allen’s fights, ditto for Cross, and the beginning with Kanda and Lavi, then I sped up the track bar a bit. Another reason was the appearance of Bak Chang, whose voice belonged to my favorite seiyuu Miki (I could listen to him all the time no matter what he’s on ^^). I guess a fly’s eye view of the world doesn’t hurt for a few episodes. A worse 3 stars, which doesn't really improve the fact that the action never ends, it just stops moving; but it's kind of balanced out again by the fact that this is the first time a character I really disliked at the beginning (Lenali), whose constant whining kept getting on my nerves, started to win me over just a teensy little bit towards the end (or maybe she just stopped getting on my nerves so much), probably because she decided not to whine anymore (which a lot of characters do, but few actually manage to do).
