Death Bell ultimately comes off as just another Asian horror film, another ghost film that has some cool scenes where it doesn't outright chill you, but it does intrigue you a little. That's pretty good, but in my opinion, it's definitely not good enough to be more than average. Not surprisingly, it got a sequel.
