Amparo, a woman fleeing the pain caused by a traumatic loss in the past, takes refuge in a perfect bubble of work routine and uneventful life, until she is forced to defend a court case for compensation for death. This process, from which she initially tries to escape, ends up becoming an obsession that returns her to the world of the "living".
