In THE STOOGE, Bill Miller (Martin) has found modest success as a singer in the off-vaudeville circuit. Teaming up with a comic (Lewis) proves to be the best thing for Bill, as his routine becomes an instant success, but mainly because of the clown he takes on as his partner.
