Melancholia

The middle part of Diaz’s “trauma trilogy”, awarded at the Venice International Film Festival, is one of the director’s most renowned films. The story about three people who are trying to deal with their traumas after having lost their relatives during the Marcos dictatorship is a radical experiment effectively utilising the potential of film medium.
