The director (Jaroslav Plesl), his producer (Simona Babčáková) and cameraman (Jiří Vyorálek) are artists who live poorly although they have made movies awarded with prizes, “lions” and good reviews and projected successfully at a number of festivals. However, the movies are not attended. Their further cooperation is rushing toward nowhere because the director´s life project has not received a grant, which means that there will be no shooting. The producer and the director leave to Pelhřimov, the metropolis of Czech records and curiosities, where they have been called by the head of the “Good Day Agency” (Igor Bareš). The thing is that the Agency has a problem. The Agency and its record holders are often spoken of but no one takes it seriously. Thus, they decide to hire a director who is recognized by critics to shoot a movie about the most exceptional people who have nothing else but a label of madmen and loonies, of a fair show. The head of the Agency has three quarters of a million in cash for our movie makers as an advance for the shooting, which is such an important argument that there is no point in any other discussion. The task is clear: deeply human stories of people who have achieved, due to their diligence, something that no one else in the world is probably able to do. The tired movie-making trio is joined by a self-confident sound engineer (Johana Švarcová), a student of the Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU), who is not tied with life losses, contrary to them. She is kind of a discomfort to the others but she also reminds them of their early starts. How is all of that going to end? Will they finish the movie together and help change the image of the Agency? Will they ever have the courage to do what really has sense for them? And what will their next movie be about?
