I wasn't sure what to expect from a children's film that is almost eighty years old. Well, in the end, I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. This is a film that is not necessarily beautiful or pleasant, but it has intense moments that work. This is its immense power, as well as the acting performances, thanks to which it has endured to the present day and is still interesting.
