angielski Ranbir Kapoor’s acting skills are excellent, but still the same as always. I've watched him in six films now and it's always about the same thing - his heroes are the guys next door who are bothered or hindered by something, they overcome it and then they're happy with their girl. This girl was elusive or unsuspecting at first. But in any case, love prevailed, and with it came maturity and Ranbir the boy became Ranbir the man. Fortunately, we also have Priyanka Chopra, who has a much wider acting range. She's gorgeous in her drunken escapades, endearing in her fumbling, and even vulnerable and sexy when dealing with adult issues. Nevertheless, Anjaana Anjaani still represents that stream of modern Bollywood that sets everything Indian in the West, here specifically in the US, and everyone in New York and Las Vegas is Indian. They speak their Hinglish, but they are still at home in their hearts, and that is where they return to after Western life has taught them a proper lesson. It is only the mythical Indian subcontinent that will offer true fulfillment and happiness. I would like to give it a better rating but it would have to be a film without the slightest mistake and digressions, which in my eyes are the two forced gay chapters, or the whole inserted road movie, which made for great posters but didn't make the story much more interesting.
