I gotta say, my once-beloved series seems to be heading south real fast. While I'm not exactly crazy about the seemingly all-mighty Brother Sam, I gotta give him props for taking on those fanatics. But here's the thing - the first episode left me without anyone to really root for. When the Americans are at each other's throats, I'm just left chuckling from the sidelines.
