Killing Me Softly starts out as s a provocatively engaging erotic adventure. When it later tries to look like a serious
thriller, however, it’s just ridiculous.

This film is bad, empty, and sometimes dull. Fiennes' character transformations happen without him. The final twist is pointless and oh, the pity. And yet, when I see Killing Me Softly in the program, I rarely resist. And Heather Graham is to blame for it, tearing my heart apart with her gaze and anything else. Perfect creative calculation in a blonde package.
