Ray, a former cop, recently released from prison, is hired by Mafia bosses Carlos and Vinnie to be in charge of security at the hot strip club "House of the Rising Sun". One night the strip club, also home to an illegal gambling hall, is robbed by a vicious gang. As his criminal past is exposed, Ray hunts for the person responsible for this crime. ray must get to the bottom of it as both the mob and the cops start to close in on him as their target suspect. Dave Bautista really grabbed my attention after The Guardians of the Galaxy. He’s ripped as hell, but deep inside, he’s obviously got a big soft heart and he’s also a fairly decent actor. I checked out his filmography and I got interested in this movie. I was thinking: why not, I can always turn it off. But it wasn’t as bad as most of the viewers claim at this site. Sure, I admit that the authors made it easy for themselves in many moments and running isn’t exactly Dave Bautista’s strong suit, as he looked kind of like a chicken, but I still have to say that I had a lot of fun. It’s a classic 1990s action movie that’s not very “action”, but I still enjoyed myself.
