angielski Such a wonderfully imaginative world of an island inhabited by sentient food... And such a boring story. Too bad. The arrival and island exploration scenes are great, but the plot is so stupidly mediocre and the main villain so unbelievably annoying that it almost took away all the, ahem, flavour. ()

angielski While the first film was dominated by an original idea with animated food, in the second one the creators let their imagination run wild and created an imaginative world ready to be eaten. But the clichéd story and predictable behaviour and character development undermine all this. In the last half hour, the film strongly evoked a more accessible version of Avatar with food replacing the inhabitants of Pandora. The creatures inhabiting Swallow Falls were good, and the award for the cutest character goes to the strawberry. All in all, a mediocre bite. ()

angielski The first part didn't really grow on me, and the second one just continues what was happening, without there being any amazing story, but rather something expected. The biggest contribution is the moment when the characters return to the island and find many interesting creatures there. The creators have played with them and it is most visible that the film is not a complete waste of time. ()

angielski Some infantile crap that I literally suffered through. The authors didn't even come close to writing a good joke, and it’s considerably more embarrassing than cute. A flop not just in terms of box office sales. ()
