Sąd z udziałem rosyjskiego przedstawiciela wydaje surowy wyrok na norweskich żołnierzy Straży Przybrzeżnej. Wyrok budzi kontrowersje, dochodzi do niepokojów. Negocjacje w sprawie nowej umowy handlowej są zagrożone. Premier chce ogłosić amnestię dla Wolnej Norwegii, w zamian za złożenie broni. Oh well, in Norway they had October while we had a storm and the air was like in a sauna. Once again, the screenwriters didn't hesitate and filled the episode with many events, tension, and action. The story unfolded at a very decent pace this time as well, so I had a good time again and boredom didn't threaten even by accident.
