The film depicts the struggle by Mario Verstraete, champion of the euthanasia legislation in Belgium. Because of the friendship between Mario, Thomas, Speck and Lynn, going back for many years, it is easy to sympathise with the story, which is based on true events. (Nederlands Film Festival)
