Marja's, 25, life's center is her 7 year old daughter Julia. Marja works at nights so that she can spend her days with Julia; fooling around with her and telling her a fairy tale about the Princess of Egypt and her mother. The harmony of the family breaks up when they Kamaran, an Iranian emigrant who understands that he's Julia's father. He had a short fling with Marja years ago but Marja never told him that she got pregnant. Kamaran wants to connect with his daughter and starts to pressure Marja with his brother and wife.
