Ana is twenty-eight. She finds her routine job, where she helps others, satisfying and fulfilling. Outside her working hours, though, she has serious problems with interpersonal relationships - she is clumsy in the interaction with her close ones and unable to control her behaviour and emotions, which makes her feel hurt and guilty.
