The original aim of capturing varying gender viewpoints of a firefighters’ contest in an omnibus film ended as an homage to instructional film. Two screens: men on the right, women on the left. The “male” footage and “female” footage were thoroughly shuffled and randomly and systematically split up between Ježek and Daňhel. Daňhel edited analytically (on paper), Ježek structurally (minimalistically). Very loud projection!!!
The soundtrack is dominated by people reminiscing upon the clichés of instructional films – jazz-rock soundtrack, brisk narration, characteristic off-screen sounds. Firefighters ad infinitum.

"It's a joke that you'd better not think about," the director said before the screening, and I spent more than half an hour wondering why. An homage to the instructional video as an experimental montage with overblown sound? It’s fascinating what people go to the trouble to do sometimes.
