Oliver

Oliver is a female impersonator who supports his family by performing in Manilas gay bars. His life, both on and off-stage, reflects the realities and illusions of a struggle to survive. In one of his shows, he creates one giant web where he gets entangled inside, an allegorical image of the desperate life lived under a military dictatorship. (Tampere Film Festival)
