When Kotaro Satomi discovers an apartment for the ridiculously low rent of 5000 yen a month, he knows there must be a catch. But it’s not until after he’s moved in that he finds out that he’s not the only one laying claim to Room 106 at Corona House, starting with teenage girl ghost, Sanae, who’s currently haunting it! Still not enough to break the lease? Let’s add in a Magical Girl, Yurika, who wants to take control of the room in order to block its powers from evildoers; a luscious Subterranean bombshell, Kiriha, who needs the room to launch an invasion of our world; and a fiery space princess, Theiamillis, who... well, you get the idea. Can a lone high school student on a limited budget withstand the combined forces of the supernatural, metaphysical, subterranean, and alien worlds - especially when they’re all also incredibly adorable? To keep that incredible 5000 yen a month deal, he’s certainly going to try in Raiders of the Rokujyoma!? (MVM Entertainment)

angielski When I see the negative comments and reviews on FilmBooster, I cannot help myself. For all those who condemned the show because it was a mess, it is common knowledge that everyone knows simple things and order. However, only a genius can figure out chaos. In addition, the chaos in this show is real, with a rather peculiar bunch of characters fighting for Room 106, each of whom is unique on the one hand and slightly clichéd on the other (like the tsundere blonde alien princess). On the one hand, it is a rather complex and overcomplicated anime series, although, on the other hand, it is a straightforward story concerning friendship and courage. Of course, given the ratio of girls to boys, it is also a bit of a harem. In other words, it seems complicated, perhaps unwatchable, or stupid for some people. However, after watching a few episodes, you realize that although things seem to be getting more complicated, it is not all that complex. One positive aspect is that it was interesting, had suspense, and was funny and a good experience. However, if you thought it was an average show from what I have said and wonder about four stars, it is because of Yurika! This weepy, awkward, and almost tragic character managed to get under my skin, and I, who normally hate such characters, fully succumbed to her cuteness in this show. It was like watching the small steps of a clumsy puppy, struggling with the pitfalls of everyday life and trying to convince everyone that he is a big and strong dog. Therefore, an average show turned out to be something I was looking forward to, and when I am looking forward to something, I cannot award less than four stars. 7/10. ()
