"Time is my name and I work in the experimental department of the Time laboratory," states the laboratory worker, played by Kati Outinen. Time and Time and Again is not a documentary about an artist through interviews and archive material, but a curious piece of work that plunges straight into the surrealistic art of the Icelandic modern artist Hreinn Fridfinnsson. Instead of pondering what makes this absurd and fully acted film a documentary, it is more fun to think what naming it as documentary does to the film.
